Partner
Yaron has 17 years' experience in Strategy and Management Consulting at Kearney, Oliver Wyman and Gemini.
Business Unit and Operations Director in a major Group such as Carrefour, he has also been CEO of SMEs.
Combining Consulting and Operations approaches, he has developed expertise in B2C and B2B Distribution.
He has also acquired extensive experience in digital transformation, e-commerce, customer marketing, offer marketing and e-commerce logistics.
Yaron is a graduate of ESSEC and a selected auditor of IHEE 2016-2017 (Institut des Hautes Etudes de l'Entreprise).

Pierre Brzustowski
Partner
Pierre has over 20 years' experience in strategy consulting. Partner at Kearney, he led and developed the Telecom, Media and Technology practice in France.
He also has 16 years' operational experience, as Marketing Director of Orange Belgium, SVP Strategy at Technicolor, President of SMEs and Interim Executive. He has experience of company takeovers and development through LBOs (Leveraged Buy-Outs).
Pierre is an enthusiast and specialist of the New Technologies sector. He has also worked with major automotive and aerospace equipment manufacturers, as well as B2B distributors.
Pierre has extensive international experience, having worked in Belgium, Morocco, the USA and Asia Pacific.
He holds a Master of Science degree from Ecole Centrale Paris.

Patrick Dolisie

Patrick has over 20 years' experience in strategy and management consulting with Kearney, Monitor, Broadview and Alix Partners.
For 5 years, he worked as General Manager in 2 divisions of a major facility management company.
Patrick has helped generate around 500 million euros in profit improvement over 25 years, with an average 4% increase in Ebit.
He specializes in business improvement through the intensive use of data and the implementation of key operational performance indicators.
Patrick has worked in facility management, distribution, FMCG, transport and logistics.
Over the past 5 years, he has worked in Belgium, Morocco, Spain, Germany and the USA.
Patrick is a graduate of ESSEC business school and holds an MBA from Booth University in Chicago.

Delphine Fondu

After more than 20 years in an international environment, Delphine supports the management of major groups in implementing their marketing strategy across all entities.
Her marketing experience includes leading complex programs, designing and launching new offers, digitalizing marketing, organizing expertise in a context of transformation, and elaborating marketing plans.
Delphine has sector expertise in financial services, and in particular in payment systems (money transfers, cards, prepayment, M-payment, digital money, BNPL), banking, and insurance (and reinsurance).
Delphine holds an engineering degree from the École Polytechnique de l'Université Libre de Bruxelles, and an MBA from the University of Michigan. She is a certified Data Scientist from ENSAE-ENSAI & UC Berkeley, Digital Marketing from Rutgers University and Digital Money from the Digital Frontiers Institute.

Jean-Marc Louward

Jean-Marc has over 20 years' experience in strategy consulting at Boston Consulting Group, Kearney, McKinsey and LC&C.
An executive and COMEX member, he has managed international Operations and Marketing teams in 3 startups and major corporations: Swisscom, Telstra and Carrefour.
A Belgian citizen, he has lived and worked in 7 countries on 3 continents and speaks English, French, Dutch and Italian.
This makes him particularly sensitive to the multicultural dimension of transformations.
Jean-Marc has an MBA from INSEAD, is a Commercial Engineer - Finance from Ecole Solvay in Brussels, and a certified Executive Coach from HEC Paris.
He teaches part-time at CentraleSupelec Paris and Beijing.
Bernard Sfeir

Bernard has over 17 years' experience in Strategy, Management, Digital and Technology Consulting at Kearney, Andersen Consulting/Accenture and Gartner.
Executive and COMEX member, he managed innovation and strategic partnerships for Cisco and its CAC40 customers for 9 years, as well as Startups/ScaleUps as Investor/Advisor.
He has developed in-depth expertise in Innovation, Digitization and Transformation.
In addition to major industrial and service groups, he has worked with numerous funds and SMEs on issues of due diligence, innovation, digitalization, AI readiness, optimization of governance and target operating models.
A French, Italian and Lebanese national, he has lived and worked in 6 countries on 3 continents, and speaks English, French, Lebanese and Arabic. He is familiar with the cultural and transformational dynamics of Europe, the US and the Middle East.
Bernard holds an MBA from Kellogg Northwestern. He is also a civil engineer (ESTP), and a graduate of ESCP-EAP.
He is also a Certified Independent Director (IFA/SciencesPo) and attended MIT Sloan (specializing in AI and corporate strategy).
He teaches part-time at SciencesPo Paris and is an official mentor for the Ecole Polytechnique start-up/scale-up incubator.
